Definition of Terms:
“Site” refers to the website where courses are published and sold.
“Publisher” refers to the content creator who creates and publishes courses on the Site.
“Course” refers to the educational material created by the Publisher and published on the Site for sale.
“Purchaser” refers to the individual or entity who buys a Course from the Site.
Site Usage:
The Publisher agrees to use the Site only for lawful purposes.
The Publisher agrees not to publish any Course that is illegal, violates intellectual property rights, or is harmful to other users.
The Site reserves the right to remove any Course that violates these terms and conditions.
Revenue Sharing:
The Publisher will receive 55% of the sale price of each Course sold through the Site.
The Site will receive 45% of the sale price of each Course sold through the Site. This includes the cost of hosting the content, promoting the content, and securing the content.
The Publisher is responsible for paying any taxes that may be owed on their earnings from the Site.
The Site will provide the Publisher with a monthly statement of their earnings from the Site.
Payment Terms:
Payments to the Publisher will be made on a monthly basis.
The Site will pay the Publisher using PayPal or another mutually agreed upon payment method.
The Site reserves the right to withhold payments to the Publisher if there is a dispute regarding the payment.
Intellectual Property:
The Publisher retains all intellectual property rights in the Courses that they publish on the Site.
The Publisher grants the Site a non-exclusive license to sell the Courses and collect revenue on their behalf.
The Purchaser is granted a license to use the Course for their own personal education and may not redistribute or resell the Course.
Limitation of Liability:
The Site is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the Courses published on the Site.
The Site is not responsible for any damages that may result from the use of the Courses.
The Publisher is solely responsible for the content of the Courses that they publish on the Site.
Termination:
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party.
Upon termination, the Publisher’s rights to sell Courses through the Site will immediately terminate.
The Site will continue to collect revenue from the sale of Courses until the end of the current month.
